A native of Northern California, Luke Edwards (b. 24 March 1980) moved to Los Angeles at the age of five. At age seven he began taking acting classes as an extracurricular activity. His natural abilities were recognized very early and soon he appeared in his first commercial.
After several other television appearances, he was chosen for the starring role in the miniseries I Know My First Name is Steven. His other credits include roles on episodes of "21 Jump Street," "Roseanne," "Davis Rules" and in the Movie-of-the-Week, Not of This World.
Edwards made his feature film debut in The Wizard with Fred Savage and Christian Slater. He has appeared in Guilty By Suspicion, Mother's Boys, Little Big League, and the Disney TV movie The Little Riders. Edwards has expressed an interest in becoming a director. |
